One of the newest products launched by RiessKelomat, the Aromapot, is already held in high international esteem and has been awarded prizes for its excellent design. The designer duo Sofia Podreka and Katrin Radanitsch from “dottings” which developed the Aromapot, also took care to create suitable packaging for the product and developed together with the packaging manufacturer, Rondo Ganahl AG, beautifully shaped, practical packaging which also won favour among the jury and was awarded the state prize for exemplary packaging.
The jury nominated the Riess Aromapot packaging for the 2010 state prize in the consumer packaging category which is an extremely prestigious accolade. “It is a great honour for us and our designer team to be one of the seven nominees. It reflects a recognition of our hard work to attain a good design, high quality and functionality”, states the engineer Friedrich Riess at the state awards ceremony on 18. 11. 2010 at the Austrian Chamber of Commerce in Vienna.
