Every year we offer our employees various courses on current IT topics, and various modules in the areas of hydraulics, electrical and plastics technology, languages and organisational management. Apart from technical further training, further training courses in personality development and health are also important to us.
Regularly, 1-2 employees per year complete the training to become enamellers at the University of Applied Sciences Iserlohn in Germany. And we are partners of the Zukunftsakademie Mostviertel [Future Academy of the Mostviertel (Cider quarter)] (Project IQ Net), which offers training courses on the topic of intelligent materials.
