Apart from manual skills we also place a great deal of importance on a sense of responsibility and team skills.

The interaction of the generations is very important to us, as we have seen ourselves as a big family for generations. We believe that old and young complement each other perfectly, and achieve the best successes together. We therefore participate in the generation mentoring programme, and we prefer to solve problems in personal meetings.
