For generations, we have been placing a great deal of importance on well-grounded training for our skilled workers. Several apprentices are trained per year, often as dual apprenticeships.
The apprentices primarily complete their training with good or very good success rates. Some even add on master training. We are proud of this. Our aim is to further develop as many of our apprentices as possible in the company. Many of our employees start their professional career with us and have stayed. Many of them say that this is not only due to the good training, but rather above all due to the good team spirit in our family company.
We train the following apprenticeship trades:
- Metal technology
- Metalworking technology
- Electrical installation technology
- Surface technology
- Printing technology with the focus on (ceramic) screen printing
