With the Energy Efficiency Award Helios the Economic Chamber of Lower Austria, the provincial government of Lower Austria and the energy provider EVN show how energy saving and energy efficiency measures are successfully implemented.
The prize was awarded on July 3 in St. Pölten at the headquarters of the Economic Chamber of Lower Austria. From 133 submitted projects was RIESS KELOMAT winner in the category “Mobility and awareness-raising and other measures”.
Instead of buying a new machine with an eight times higher energy consumption, RIESS KELOMAT adapted a deep drawing press from 1953 so that not only energy-efficient operation is ensured, but also the most modern safety standards are met.
